Description: Trying to download data from gbif, I pressed the Download button on the web page, which takes me here:

http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/download?emails=&BASIS_OF_RECORD=OBSERVATION&MODIFIED=2013-10%2C*

Obviously a string "/download?emails=" has been inserted which seems strange since there is no value there. Whatever I try to work around this issue I always get this:

Comment: This is related to the nuggy modified since parameter. Without it it works fine.
