Description: 1.  Made a new account as ramorrismorris and successfully set the password. Logged on.
2. Requested all Plantae with BasisOfRecord Specimen
3. Notified of approximately 36M records, which is about right
4. Requested Download, which failed with a silly message now hidden by the Feedback popup form, which is not movable

result is the same with firefox or chrome
O/S is Ubuntu 13.04
