Description: Follow-up to earlier bug report: I was hoping it was something weird with my account, but I just created a fresh one, and trying to generate a download still produces an error. In this case the URL was http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/download?emails=&TAXON_KEY=2963774&BASIS_OF_RECORD=PRESERVED_SPECIMEN&DATE=2000-01%2C*
