Description: Hi,

I'm getting a 503 status code on the old API., e.g, http://data.gbif.org/ws/rest/occurrence/list?scientificname=Puma gives a 503 error. Is the old API being taken out completely, or just some temporary downtime?  Any idea when old API will be taken offline?
