Summary: Broken links in the portal's IPT information page 
Description: At http://www.gbif.org/ipt, the two links behind the words "Releases" and "Stats" towards the end of the first text block are broken, as they explicitly refer to Drupal (http://www.gbif.org/drupal/ipt/stats) instead of the expected http://www.gbif.org/ipt/stats.
