Description: I tried to download the list of all Plantae species for Turkey and the download failed. Could there be a limit to the number of records that can be downloaded?

I'm not really after all the records per se, as I would rationalise it down to just a list of plant species present in Turkey as held by GBIF, ie removing all duplicate records, which is going to be a much smaller list in the end. Is there a filter that can do this?
