Summary: Check the "last modified in GBIF" filter function
Description: Setting a filter for "Last modified in GBIF    Is before 2014-01" delivers a bit over 4 million records. Checking the details on some of those, the history message at the bottom states that "This record was last modified in GBIF on Mar 21, 2014. The source was last visited by GBIF on Feb 3, 2014.". That seems to be somehow inconsistent.
