Description: account creation failed

after submitting personal information in the new account window, I was redirected to the home page. (usually you get an info that an email was or will be sent etc.. that was skipped)
I didnt receive an email to the address provided,  nor did I receive an email upon "password forgotten" action.

I tried several times with same results. Nothing returned untill now (20 minutes)

love your portal, but would like to retrieve data though.
