It would be good to get a clear advice on when to use Capital Words In Headings and when not. That very page uses "Data Publisher" in the infoband, "Data publisher information" in the first heading and then "Published Datasets" in the next one.
I had thought we use Camel Case in all large headings, but not in the infoband as this jira mentions. Is that correct? What about prepositions like in, from, etc?

The general style should be when in doubt, go small. Unless the heading refers to a specific, quasi-branded product, e.g. Integrated Publishing Toolkit, Nodes Portal Toolkit, only the first word should be upper case. In the above examples, I would expect so see Data publisher, Data publisher information and Published datasets.
Please note that our general usage is to use Participant in capitals when referring to a GBIF member country or organization, as this denotes a particular status specific to GBIF and therefore carries a specific meaning which the capital letter implies. The same goes for Voting Participant, GBIF Participant Organization etc.
Hope this helps

Comment: Can you please confirm that on the following species page http://uat.gbif.org/species/1858637 it should also read "Georeferenced occurrences" not "Georeferenced Occurrences" and "Subordinate taxa", not Taxa?
