Summary: Inconsistent country page occurrence counts
Description: On the country page for data published by Belgium, beside the map it says 9m records, but when clicking through you get 6m records.

[~fmendez@gbif.org] I think both you and I need to investigate this - I suspect one is counting http://www.gbif.org/publisher/1cd669d0-80ea-11de-a9d0-f1765f95f18b and the other not.  http://data.inbo.be/ipt/ shows about the right number of records as different.

This is just one hypothesis
