Description: Hi!
Great project, but the interface is designed from a data manager/administrative perspective rather than a research user. If I see a search box on the front page, I want to type a species name and find occurence, taxonomy etc data - not lists of news, documents etc.

It's a little too business like now, not science-like. But maybe you have a science portal as well?
