If you follow the link, you will notice that it is not 100% the case.

Well, links.gbif.org still works the way it was intended: gbif_metadata_profile_how-to_en_v1 redirects to www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=2820 :-|
It would seem though as if some late changes in our Drupal install have disabled the "orc/?doc_id" redirect... and simply guessing the new URL using the same ID will bring a different document.
[~bko@gbif.org], any suggestion on how to deal with the old "orc/?doc_id=" style of links? And especially how to correlate an old id with the new Drupal resource id?

This isn't strictly the portal, it's hosted on the community web server, so it won't break when the old site is removed.
http://links.gbif.org/admin/ is the place to update where the links point. I gave Daniel and Kyle the credentials.
