Description: Cameroon used to be an active participant, and as such endorsed the Cameroon National Herbarium, according to that publisher's page. The country page does not show any status in the green header bar (http://www.gbif.org/country/CM/summary), and the country does (rightly) not show in the participants list at http://www.gbif.org/participation/list. The reason is that the country changed status to "Observer.

For an ex-participant still showing as an endorser of institutions, this is a bit confusing. Should we consider showing the status of those as "Observer" or "Former Participant", or are there better solutions?  To be discussed with Communications before implementing any changes.]]>
