Given the full classification the bad fuzzy match is happening:
http://api.gbif.org/v1/species/match?verbose=true&kingdom=Animalia&phylum=Arthropoda&class=Insecta&order=Lepidoptera&family=Crambidae&name=Nacoleia%20rhoeoalis
This is a bit surprising as it is correct when less classification is given:
http://api.gbif.org/v1/species/match?verbose=true&kingdom=Animalia&family=Crambidae&name=Nacoleia%20rhoeoalis
or
http://api.gbif.org/v1/species/match?verbose=true&kingdom=Animalia&order=Lepidoptera&family=Crambidae&name=Nacoleia%20rhoeoalis
Should be fixed by the proposal to do species matching in 2 steps: POR-2469
