Description: When you click on the homepage links for this publisher awaiting endorsement, a www.gbif.org/publisher prefix is inserted, causing the link to break.

This is because the homepage URL is not given properly as an absolute URL starting with the http:// protocol.
I ahve fixed this, but it needs up to an hour to get through to varnish:

[~jlegind@gbif.org] please make sure we have always full URLs for homepages and other links!
