Summary: Move occurrence map in dataset details up in page
Description: Move the map up so its immediately below the summary information. The taxonomic coverage is often pretty empty and contains less interesting information than the map for occurrence datasets. Checklists should the browse taxonomy as the first thing, see http://www.gbif.org/dataset/da38f103-4410-43d1-b716-ea6b1b92bbac
