Description: [~Donald Hobern] reports that he sees "Search 1.605.262 species" instead of "Search 1,605,262 species implying the template is making use of some kind of localization incorrectly.

[~trobertson] does not see this and is using US-EN locale on his Chrome browser.

Comment: all number should be localized according to the language your browser requests. For english Im seeing commas, but when I switch to German I see dots which is the expected locale format. Seems like an invalidly reported issue? The localization is done by the standard freemarker library which is widespread and unlikely to be wrong
