Description: The observation counts for countries are *way* off.  More than double than what the country publishes in total.

For example, Sweden publishes 58,391,865 but the observation counts show 104,746,306

This *might not* be a data issue, but a display issue, as there have been recent JS changes in this area... please check the cube counts through the API before looking for data issues.]]>
