Description: The yellow popups used for source attribution & al do no longer close when they lose focus, but keep hanging until page reload.

The yellow (help) tooltip appears to be working correctly at this present state. This bug might have been present 11 months ago (when it was first reported), but the UI has been subject to refactoring efforts. Possibly the bug was removed during this timespan (last 11 months)

Could be seen here working correctly - on COMMON NAMES:
