I'd suggest the line-height of this document be increased to 1.35 - 15.em. The current setting makes this long text somehow tiresome to read and is creating a grey-page effect.

About 'grey-page effect', I couldn't find the English equivalent of the concept, which is a situation when the page is mainly text, and the line-height is tighter, it creates an visual impression of a page-sized grey block. It then costs a bit more energy to read, for a 10 page document.
It's not everywhere in the template, though. I find the print-outs of the GBIF Advocacy has more comfortable line-height. So it maybe just the particular paragraph style that needs slight adjustment and I am happy to help with that.

I think we're getting ahead of ourselves here.
The document in question was produced long before the template. It may or may not conform.
And I'm not inclined to make changes to that one template immediately, or, even if we did change the one, necessarily to all of them. We have many more pressing priorities right now. I was only half-joking when I mentioned I agreed with the 'trivial' priority setting. Can we leave this one alone for now, please?

Comment: Well, I do agree it's trivial. So, by explaining, I didn't mean to elevate this issue. Let's leave it alone for now - too many pressing issues at the moment. :)
