Description: I've started blocking out a summary of a 2015 data use, and I'm not seeing how it will flow into the featured data use stream—it looks like it just piles in with news. I haven't finished writing it, so it's still in draft form, but it hit me that I didn't know how this would function with the new template—and now I still don't!
