No country location for publisher?

Summary: No country location for publisher?
Description: Looks like these will probably escape our country counts. Don't know if that's intentional because it's Antarctic data and not Italian, but it does mean that it's not included in publishing total, either.

Comment: Thanks - added now. It's the location of the data publisher that matters, which is clearly Italy
