Summary: Occurrence data can not be downloaded 
Description: I tried to download a set of data containing 512 occurrence for Elk within NM and Az in the United States. I faced an error and it directed me to the feedback section

This was hopefully an intermittent issue - we bounced the service just as this came in.  Rerunning it worked fine:
