Description: The rounded coordinate for 1099879571 is wrong.  If the most precise locality is Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, then the coordinate should be on the western coast of the main island, not on the isolated island of Mona.

The issue is caused by the provided verbatim lat/lng (18.08385000, -67.88633700) which point to the island of Mona.
