Description: The butterfly superfamily Papilionoidea has hundred thousands of occurrences, but only 23 are shown in the metrics. See included family http://www.gbif.org/species/9417 for more hits

There are 356 superfamilies in the backbone right now (and have been for years):

This is because we do not store the superfamily rank in the occurrence store and therefore cannot easily match to that rank.]]>
