They are unique:

{{864ff0ce-f762-11e1-a439-00145eb45e9a}}

But only the first part differs. Probably they are "Version 1 UUIDs" created by appending the MAC address of the computer to the current time, and were all generated by the same computer.

It's not useful that all three are returned as the result of a search though.
