DOIs in references section are not clickable

Summary: DOIs in references section are not clickable
Description: Several references on the description page for this dataset have DOIs and are displayed as URLs but they are not clickable(!) instead the HTML is <span class="note">http://doi.org/10.1007/s10531-008-9491-4</span>. Surely these should be clickable so that the user can immediately go and read the cited articles?
