Description: I would like to learn (finally) how our feedback system works. I clicked the blue feedback button on the record page http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/1227768979.

I make a fake complaint here that I am not happy with

1. Coordinates need to be swapped
2. Latin name invalid

NOTE! this is a FAKE complaint, for test purposes only. Please do not make any changes, but please drop me an e-mail so I can track how this kind if information flies.

Comment: [~dschigel@gbif.org] Hi Dmitry, as you can hopefully see your feedback goes to JIRA, the "Location" field lists the URL of the page you were on when you gave feedback, and the feedback also appears as an item in the #jira channel on Slack (which is where I saw this).

All the developers also get an email to our inboxes, and more for every comment and change made to the issue.

(PS: the backward coordinates have been fixed on UAT, see issue PF-2283.)

Comment: [~dschigel] Since it has been resolved I will close the issue. If only all issues were resolved that quickly
