Description: Problem:

When entering a country filter, the user has 2 options:

Enter one manually by typing it, and pressing + button
Enter one by selecting it from the dropdown/autocomplete

When entering manually, the resulting search breaks.

To replicate:

-Enter a country name manually, and click + button to add it
-Click APPLY ]]>

Comment: Why not restrict entry to controlled fields to just the autocomplete? Could we just disable any manual entry for country, datasets or other looked up values?

Comment: Usually the problem with autocompletes is people with a slow internet connection, the autocomplete could be a little slow; that's the reason of why sites like expedia use both an autocomplete and additional pages to validate the input of airports and cities; similar in how the scientific name search is working now in the occ search page.
