Summary: Longitude should be negative
Description: This record is for a terrestrial plant from "El moral, Tenerife El Cerrito, Valle del Cauca" but is placed in the Indian Ocean. Making the longitude negative places it in Columbia, which is a more likely locality http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=4.401&mlon=-79.695#map=6/4.401/-79.695

OK, let's try that OSM link again, should be http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=3.76916666666667&mlon=-76.2005555555556&zoom=5#map=5/3.769/-76.201 (OSM sharing of maps is a bit rubbish IMHO)

Comment: The verbatim record gives the country as "ND", which is an invalid ISO code. That means flipping lat/longs etc isn't attempted. We don't use the county, which would help in this case.

Comment: I'm wondering whether "ND" means "no data".
