Description: After fulfill the basic imformation about name and e-mail, click the creat button. The website show red hint that the CAPTCHA did not right. But I can't find where to put the CAPTCHA. The website didn't show the blank I can answer the CAPTCHA.

Comment: Perhaps when you get back, you could give us the text you send.  You shouldn't need to do it while you're on holiday.

I'd favour either simply removing the captcha, or replacing it with something very simple like "click the picture of a tree".

For every user that fills in the feedback form, there are probably more who don't bother.

Comment: +1 Captchas are a pain, and as it stands GBIF is actively preventing users in China from opening accounts. This cannot be a good thing.

Now roughly once a week we need to manually create an account for users from China, and I reckon there must be more who simple don't bother.

This particular user later used VPN to reveal the captcha and created an account successfully.

I am investigating an alternative solution.
