Description: Occurrence search results don't have column headers. Most are self explanatory but the date column not so much especially when there's no data.

I think we should either add a header and/or have a different default for "no date available" instead of "- / -"]]>

Comment: The headers are not aligned center but the content is. Looks a bit weird.
