Description: The GBIF EML validator http://tools.gbif.org/dwca-validator/eml.do fails on every example I try, including the example linked to from the validator page https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gbif/registry/master/registry-metadata/src/test/resources/eml-metadata-profile/sample.xml
