I wonder if it's possible to enable a simple button in which the node managers can easily download the records from other countries except the record from the country.
This is for data-repatriation purposes, in the last Latin-America nodes meeting (April 2016) it is a feature that can speed up the process to empower nodes activities.

To tackle this issue we'll implement the following changes:
1. A new search/download parameter at the API level to filter all repatriated records: isRepatriated.
2. Modify the occurrence/search page by including a mechanism to include the new isRepatriated filter in an occurrence search.
