Description: When searching for datasets it is not the most relevant dataset that is returned.

Example
http://api.gbif-uat.org/v1/dataset/search?q=inaturalist
returns
http://www.gbif.org/dataset/b08f433a-c35b-4e6d-8400-df5b84c3d379
before iNaturalist.
Even though the second have it in the title and the "wrong" only have 1 mention of iNaturalist in the description.
