Description: I have seen the password reminder work successfully in the past for my own user "Kyle Braak.

This problem may be isolated to users like "jose". If you look at the drupal_w2.users table, you'll notice that "jose" has columns access=0, and login=0

Do you know what these columns mean? Perhaps he has never logged in, and for that reason, the system doesn't allow him to receive password reminders?]]>

Comment: Perhaps add a very low feature request: "Alter the message on the confirmation page for password reset to warn the user about possible SPAM filtering issues"?
