Description: Hi,

I have tried to download files from the GBIF site and it has stopped working, reporting an error message of:

"Oops. It seems you have discovered an unforseen error! Please use the Feedback button on the right to file an issue. Thank you for helping to improve the service."

The server for searching for georeferenced occurrences has been working all day until just now. Is the entire site down?]]>

Comment: This is because the cluster is saturated and the download queue is too large [~mblissett] - you've used all slots since 19:44:36
