Summary: Freshly duplicated dataset
Description: Based on the metadata, I think the new dataset at http://gbif.org/dataset/79684ec1-01e8-46cc-83cb-cd5bdfb469fe is intended as a replacement for this one. Looks like we might want to coordinate with SiB Colombia on managing the transition.

Thanks for flagging this [~kylecopas].
I sent an email to the publisher encouraging him to migrate datasets instead of recreating/duplicating them and ultimately try and coordinate the migration.
