This is because there is no order assigned in the CoL to this family:
http://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/search/all/key/Ellobiidae/fossil/0/match/1

Appears to be a common family in the traditional order of Pulmonata which seems to be currently disputed polyphyletic group:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellobiidae

Pulmonata has been removed from the CoL hierarchy, so we better leave it to them to figure out how to best classify this family
