I have found that species with accepted names are synonymous with other species. For example, within Halenia weddeliana this Halenia hoppii; Within Gentianella selaginifolia even found G. dasyantha.

Comment: These synonyms come from Catalogue of Life, and as is typical there is no reason given. CoL gives "WorldPlants" as its source http://www.catalogueoflife.org/annual-checklist/2017/details/database/id/141 but the link takes you to a page where that database can't be found. How is it that we've allowed our taxonomy to be decided like this?!
