Description: Revised issue description:
To reproduce issue, search by genus "Rangifer"
The autocomplete will replace the search with an auto completed scientific name "Rangifer Smith, 1827"
Instead, if the search string is matched to an existing genus, order, family, etc the autocomplete shouldn't override it.
Original issue description:
i re-applied the location filter for Tosteberga ängar, Kristianstad, Sverige (the one not working a minute ago) and got 3490 records. within this i wanted to search for a specific genus. here, it is not obvious/easy how to select just a genus because the drop-down list tries to make you select a given species within a genus.

Comment: The search http://uat.gbif.org/occurrence/search?TAXON_KEY=Rangifer is replacing the parameter with the name usage '2440913' which is a genus; therefore, i think that the search is working correctly. The "name usage matching service" suggest '2440913' for the name 'Rangifer' http://ecat-dev.gbif.org:8080/nub-ws/nub?name=Rangifer&verbose=true; which looks right to me.
