Description: If one of the suggested values exceed the pre-determined component lenght, the text is shown out of the autocomplete area.

Please see my proposal [~mdoering@gbif.org] and [~fmendez@gbif.org] Please note this isn't committed yet.
As seen in the screenshot, I propose to:
-Extend the length of the autosuggest list to capture longer titles without truncating
-Make autosuggest width similar to input width
-Give the autosuggest a clean simple design, similar to that used by Facebook and Expedia
Still have to figure out how to truncate extra-long titles showing "Title extra lo..."

Comment: very nice, i really prefer this new style, we just need to be sure that looks ok in occurrence search page; keep in mind that in that page the input has a different width therefore the autocomplete width should be relative to the input which is attached; i.e.: can't have a fixed size.

can we add some config parameter to the autocomplete widget for the width or define it locally in some CSS?

Comment: Work on this issue is finished. Additional work will be carried out in POR-526 to cleanup and merge the various autosuggest javascript files.
