Does it happen in all the pages? With which browser?
When I print the home page (in Chrome, as a PDF) I get this: http://goo.gl/WZBxn.

Comment: Hm, yes. I get the same now. The green background is removed but otherwise it looks the same. Guess we can close this one then!
