Summary: Occurrence Search: Filters are not shown when visiting a link
Description: When on the occurrence search we can add filters and they are displayed at the top but when visiting the generated URL (example http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal-web-dynamic/occurrence/search?BASIS_OF_RECORD=PRESERVED_SPECIMEN&DATASET_KEY=723c4647-5916-4575-a9bb-a0ea15852f8d) they are not displayed.
