Summary: Occurrence Web Service URLs have incosistent structures
Description: This commit http://code.google.com/p/gbif-portal/source/detail?r=1172, is temporary fix for this issue, but the URL paths should be merged in class visible by the Occurrence persistence service and occurrence search service. OccurrenceWsClient contains a constant "OCCURRENCE_PATH = "occurrence"" that should be moved to a common location.
