Summary: Add simple admin authorisation
Description: For the registry console to work we need at least a single admin login to stop unauthorized usages of the console until we have a full authentication system

Comment: session based login/out screens fully implemented using an AuthoraizationService which accepts any email address for now. GBIF addresses will have admin rights.
