Summary: Design user rights system
Description: How can we assign fine grained rights to users so that they can modify certain datasets, organizations etc only? Consider storing a set of org uuids with each user?

Comment: As things have progressed, we have opted for admin only editing at this point.  Closing this as it is a very generic security issue that we don't plan on tackling right now
