- provide usage rights statements for all included datasets
- provide citation guidelines from all included datasets

as with all downloads, both usage rights statements and citation strings provided by data publishers need to be handed on to users of the data

Comment: Download is working again in the portal and also list, get and deletes are implemented. Anything else found now should be considered a new bug.
