Description: The occurrence search date filter widget requires to enter a month. If I want to search for all occurrences in year 1999 I have to specify a range of january 1999 until december 1999 assuming the months are inclusive in ranges (should be documented in ? info popup)

I think years without a month should be valid search inputs]]>
