Comment: CAS tab is gone for regular users. So is the CAS field, again for the regular users. I'm not entirely sure we should fiddle with the admin interface theme to remove the CAS field. After all, "admin" should know what he's doing.

Comment: Yes, please ignore any admin specific layouts. Ideally pretty much noone should be using admin accounts on our portal ultimately I think. We should only have users and news editors really.
